Manage Service Objects and Groups
In Cisco Secure Access, you can add a reusable Service Object and configure the resource with the ports and protocols of a service. A Service Object Group is a collection of Service Objects and other Service Object Groups.

Get Started with Service Objects
To get started, add Service Objects in Secure Access. After you add a Service Object, you can view, edit, duplicate, or delete the resource.
You can select the Service Objects as destination components on the internet and private access rules in the Access policy. For more information, see Components for Internet Access Rules and Components for Private Access Rules.
About Service Objects
- A Service Object is defined by the protocols and ports of a service (internet or private destination).
- A Service Object supports the TCP, UDP, or ICMP protocol. You can also select Any to indicate that the Service Object defines the traffic on any protocol.
- A Service Object must have a name that is unique for all Service Objects in the organization.

Get Started with Service Object Groups
To get started, add Service Object Groups in Secure Access. After you add a Service Object Group, you can view, edit, duplicate, or delete the group.
You can select the Service Object Groups and Service Objects in the groups as destination components on the internet and private access rules in the Access policy. For more information, see Components for Internet Access Rules and Components for Private Access Rules.
