VPN Certificates for User and Device Authentication
Users that connect over virtual private networks (VPNs) to private resources are protected by Cisco Secure Access. The user devices must trust their network communications with Secure Access.
To set up the trust between Secure Access and the user devices in the organization that connect over a VPN, install a certificate signed by your organization's Certificate Authority (CA) on all devices and upload your organization's signed CA root certificate to Secure Access. CA root certificates enable Secure Access to authenticate users and devices that connect over VPNs.
Once you upload signed CA certificates for VPN connections to Secure Access, you can view the details about the certificates, revoke a certificate, and delete a certificate. For more information about VPN Certificate Authority certificates, see Manage CA Certificates for VPN Connections.
