View Group Details

After an administrator provisions groups in Cisco Secure Access, you can view the details about the groups and identify the access rules that are applied to these identities.

Prerequisites

  • A minimum user role of Read-only. For more information, see Manage Accounts.

Procedure

View the provisioned groups in Secure Access.

  1. Navigate to Connect > Users and Groups, and then click Groups.
    Secure Access lists the groups that you provisioned in the organization.

    • Name—The name of the group.

    • Users—The number of users in the group.

    • Source—The method or identity provider that provisioned the group.

    • Associated Rules—The Access rules that include the group.

  2. Click on the name of a group to view the details about the group.

Group Details

The information about the user group in the organization.

General Group Details

  • Name—The name of the group.
  • Users in Group—The number of users in the group and the label for the group.
  • Rules—The number of rules that include this group.

Users and Events

The number of users in the group and the status of the events created by the users.

Associated Rules

The number of Secure Access policy rules applied to the users in the group.
