The Cloud Security Service Status overview describes the overall state of the Secure Access platform.

Cisco Secure Access Services

The Secure Access platform services are grouped into various categories:

  • API—API platform services.
  • Logging Export—Logging export services.
  • Reporting (Monitoring and Reports)—Reporting and monitoring services.
  • Branch to Branch—Branch services that connect to private resources on other branch services.
  • Branch to Internet—Branch services that connect to secure internet services.
  • Client-based ZTNA—Client-based Zero Trust network access services.
  • Clientless ZTNA—Clientless Zero Trust network access services.
  • RA-VPN to Branch—Remote virtual private networks (VPNs) to Branch services.
  • RA-VPN to Internet/SaaS—Remote virtual private networks (VPNs) to Internet/SaaS.
  • Roaming Client to Internet—Roaming client to secure internet services.

Secure Access Service Status

The Cisco Secure Access Service Status describes the overall state of each category of Secure Access services using one of the following states:

  • Operational—All systems are operational.
  • Degradation—All systems are operational, but issues may impact the quality of the service.
  • Outage—A service is unreachable. To ensure quality of service, traffic to the Cisco Secure Access cloud services is automatically routed using Anycast.

  1. For the service category, click the + (plus sign) to display the overall service status for each region and the regional service graph.
  1. Hover over a vertical bar in the regional service graph to display the date and the status of the services during the twenty-four hour time period.

Past Incidents

The Cisco Secure Access Service Status lists the daily status of the services for the last two weeks.

If no service incidents occurred over the twenty-four hour time period, the Cisco Secure Access Service Status displays No incidents reported.

If service incidents occurred over the twenty-four hour time period, the Cisco Secure Access Service Status displays the sequence of steps taken to resolve the incident.

  • Investigating—The service event is under investigation.
  • Identified—The cause of the service event is known.
  • Update—An update of the state of the services.
  • Resolved—The service event is resolved.
