Integrate the Google Workspace Identity Service
If you use the Google Workspace Identity service to manage organizational units (OUs) and user accounts, you can integrate the service with Secure Access to synchronize that information with Secure Access policies.
Note: When managing users and Chromebooks in the Google Admin console, it's common practice to create logical groups of users to which you apply specific internet-access and content-filtering policies. For example, you might create a "staff and students" group with two subgroups for that group: "high-school students" and "middle-school students."
This topic explains how to install the Cisco User Management for Secure Access app on your organization's Google Workspace. The application authorizes Secure Access to retrieve OUs and users from your Google Workspace account.
