About Experience Insights

Experience Insights enables you to monitor your end users' digital experiences when they access public, private, and collaboration applications. Examples include monitoring the memory usage and local network performance of endpoints and the network performance of your corporate resources. Having visibility into issues that can impact the employee experience is important as hybrid workforces move on and off the network and more apps and services exist in the cloud.

Experience Insights leverages digital experience monitoring (DEM) technology, which measures the real-time performance and availability of applications and services that IT operations teams can use to resolve issues quickly and improve employee productivity. The module is integrated with Cisco ThousandEyes, a SaaS product that measures network performance and delivers automated insights for digital experiences across the network.

Key insights and capabilities include:

• Real-time health, availability, and performance of endpoints.
• Hop-by-hop path of performance and service dependencies from the endpoint to Secure Access. The final hop to the application is viewable for organizations with a ThousandEyes Essentials or Advantage license.
• Endpoint topology map.
• User-specific client-based Zero Trust Access security events.
• Health of collaboration applications with digital-experience scores.
• Historical data for identifying behavioral patterns to improve the end-user experience.
• Remote troubleshooting for end-user IT issues.
• Recommendations to help administrators remediate end user issues.
