  • Note: Client configuration files may also be called Profiles.
  1. In the Download Profiles section:
    1. For the Internet Security module, download the orginfo.json file.
      • The file is used with the Internet Security module (also known as the Umbrella roaming module). The file tells the module where to report and which policies to enforce.
    2. For the VPN module, choose all applicable VPN profiles.
      • The VPN profile tells Secure Access which VPN profiles to enforce. You created the VPN profiles in the End-User Connectivity module of Secure Access (show menu path).
    3. For the Zero Trust Access module, no configuration file is needed.
    4. For the ThousandEyes endpoint agent profile, download the ThousandEyes Endpoint Agent Configuration.json file.
      • Prerequisite: You must have onboarded Experience Insights to download the file. To onboard, open Secure Access, navigate to: Experience Insights and click Get Started.
      • The file tells ThousandEyes which Secure Access organization the endpoint belongs to. This information is needed by Experience Insights.
