View Organizational Unit Details

After an administrator provisions Google Chromebook users into Cisco Secure Access, you can view the details about the Organizational Units (OUs) and identify the Access rules that are applied to users in the OUs.

Prerequisites

  • A minimum user role of Read-only. For more information, see Manage Accounts.

Procedure

View provisioned organization units in Secure Access.

  1. Navigate to Connect > Users and User Groups, and then click Organizational Units.
    Secure Access lists the information about the users in the organizational and the associated Access rules.

    • Name—The name of the organizational unit.

    • Path—The path for the organization unit.

    • Users—The number of users in the organizational unit.

    • Associated Rules—The Access rules that include the identities in the OU.

  2. Click on the name of an OU to view the details about the organization unit.

Organizational Unit Details

The information about the organizational unit (OU).

Path

  • The path for the organizational unit.

Associated Rules

  • Click View more in Policy to display the rules that are applied to the identities in the OU.

Users

The information about the identities in the organizational unit.

  • Name—The name of the user.
  • Email—The email address for the user.

Child OUs

The child organizational units that are associated with this group.
