draft-deb-Display a Notification for Blocked Private Destinations

By default, if someone attempts to access a private resource from outside the network, the destination will not resolve and the user's browser will spin until the connection times out.

If you want to display a notification stating that the transaction to this resource is blocked, you must do both of the following:

  • Add a Private Resource with decryption enabled

  • Create a private access rule with Action set to Block, or ensure that no rule allows the traffic, so the traffic hits the default private access rule.

The notification page is not configurable in this release. It looks like this:
