View Device Path to Secure Access

View a device's performance along its path to the local network and Secure Access over the last four days. Use the information to narrow down the origin of device performance issues.

Procedure

  1. From the left menu, navigate to: Experience Insights > Management.

  2. On the Endpoints summary page, click a user name.

  1. Scroll down to the Performance section to view:
    • the health status of the device based on CPU, memory, and Wi-Fi signal strength. Use the colored indicators to identify issues so you can take action to correct or improve performance and connectivity.
    • the network hop from the device to Secure Access to understand the performance and reliability of the traffic.
    • the device's latency, jitter, and packet loss as a means to identify bottlenecks and to troubleshoot network issues.
