View Device Path to Secure Access

View a device's performance along its path to the local network and Secure Access over the last 4 days. Use the information to narrow down the origin of device-performance issues.

Procedure

  1. From the left menu, navigate to: Experience Insights > Management.

  2. On the Endpoints summary page, click a user name.

  1. Scroll down to the Performance section to view:
    • the health status of the device based on CPU, memory, and Wi-Fi signal strength. Use the colored indicators to identify issues so you can take action to correct or improve performance and connectivity.
    • the network hop from the device to Secure Access to understand the performance and reliability of the traffic.
    • the device's latency, jitter, and packet loss as a means to identify bottlenecks and to troubleshoot network issues.
