Reporting begins when you start sending traffic to Secure Access.

Here is the retention schedule:

Top Destinations - one year
Top Categories - one year
Activity Volume -one year
Admin Audit Log - one year
You can access data in three-month increments. For more information, see the Admin Audit Log Report.
Top Destinations - 30 days (search window?)
Security Activity - 30 days
Activity Search - 30 days

View and filter reported data on various timelines. Timelines depend on the report, from the last hour to the last 30 days, custom date ranges in increments —up to 30 or 90 days—going back one year.
