Enable SaaS API Data Loss Prevention

Enable SaaS API Data Loss Prevention so that Secure Access protects your data when it is uploaded to the web. When SaaS API Data Loss Prevention finds malicious files and data violations, the information is presented in the Data Loss Prevention Report.

Prerequisites

• Full Admin user role. For more information, see Manage Accounts.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Admin > Authentication.

2. In the SaaS API Platforms section, expand a platform.

3. Click Authorize New Instance to add an instance of this platform to your Secure Access environment. You can authorize more than one instance of the same platform.

Secure Access redirects you to the platform's OAuth login page. Follow the instructions for the platform that you selected to authorize access to Secure Access:

• Microsoft 365
• Webex Teams
• Google
• Slack
• ServiceNow
