Manage Provisioning

Secure Access supports the provisioning of users, groups, and Google Workspace identities in organization units (OUs) through integrations with identity providers (IdPs). Add an IdP in Secure Access or upload a CSV file with the organization's users and groups.

After you provision users and groups, you can view, edit, or delete the configured identity integration.

Prerequisites

• Full Admin user role. For more information, see Manage Accounts.

Procedure

Integrate an IdP that provisions users and groups or upload a CSV file with the users and groups in Secure Access.

Manage Identity Providers

Add an identity provider and then view or update the IdP.

Authorize Use of Additional Attribute to Authenticate Users

Authorize the use of an additional attribute (such as employee ID) to authentication users on IdPs. For more information, see Authorize Use of authName Attribute.

Manage CSV File for Users and Groups

• Add a CSV file, upload a new CSV file, or delete a CSV file with users and groups. For more information, see Manage Imported Users and Groups.

Manage Active Directory Integration

Add an integration with Microsoft Active Directory. For more information, see Provision Users and Groups from Active Directory.

Manage Google Workspace Integration

• Manage the Google Workspace account for the organization. For more information, see Manage Google Workspace Account.

View Provisioned Identity Integrations

After you add identity integrations in Secure Access, you can view the configuration settings of the deployments.

1. Navigate to Connect > Users and User Groups, and then click Configuration Management.
2. Navigate to Configurations > Provisioning, and then expand an identity integration.
